Central storage and follow-up of enquiries

If you submit a request or leave contact details for follow-up, we also store the relevant contact details, property details and your business answers centrally in our Pulseboard overview. We use this to manage and follow up on your request. Regular search queries and chat messages without a contact request are not forwarded as leads; full chat histories are not included in this lead overview. Personal lead data is not sent via anonymous visitor measurement. This central storage does not give permission to sell or pass on your data to estate agents or other parties. Your rights and the retention periods mentioned below also apply to the central storage.

How long we retain personal data

BedrijfspandKopen does not store your personal data longer than strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected. We apply the following retention periods for the following categories of personal data:
